Sterilisation of female pets is important to prevent unwanted pregnancies and mammary cancer, as well as to prevent and treat life-threatening pyometra. Castrated males are less likely to roam or suffer from testicular or prostatic diseases. The spraying behaviour of male cats is also markedly reduced.

A pet with a microchip for identification is more quickly reunited with his/her family than one without the device. All patients in need of aggressive treatment and monitoring are hospitalised in our warm and inviting indoor wards, with round-the-clock monitoring. There are two wards: a general ward and an isolation ward for infectious diseases.
